Corporate Training Programs

Technical upskilling and professional development for teams — scoped around your organization's stack, schedule and skill gaps, not a fixed public curriculum.

Two ways we work with organizations

Companies come to us for one of two reasons: a team needs to learn a specific technology quickly (a migration to a new framework, a new cloud provider, an AI-assisted workflow), or a broader group needs professional skills that technical training alone doesn't cover — communication, ownership, problem solving under ambiguity. We run both under the same corporate training umbrella, staffed by the same mentors who train our public batches.

Technical Trainings

Full stack development (Java, .NET, Python), cloud & DevOps (AWS, Azure), data science and AI, and front-end frameworks — delivered as focused, scoped workshops or multi-week upskilling tracks for existing engineering teams.

Life Skills Trainings

Communication, presentation, problem solving and workplace readiness programs for teams — often paired with technical training for a well-rounded professional development calendar.

How a corporate engagement runs

We start with a short discovery call to understand the actual skill gap — not a generic syllabus pitch. From there we propose a scope: single-day workshop, multi-week program, or an ongoing retainer for teams onboarding new hires regularly. Sessions can run on-site at your office, at our Kukatpally/KPHB center, or fully online for distributed teams. Every engagement includes a short assessment at the end so you have evidence of what the team actually learned, not just attendance records.

Training a college or institution instead?

If you're arranging training on behalf of a college or coaching institute rather than a company, see our institutional training page — it covers CRT-style batches, finishing school programs and campus recruitment support.

Get a proposal for your team

Share your team size, current skill level and the outcome you're after — we'll come back with a scoped proposal, not a generic brochure.
